Helpful Throughout The Project
"Steve built our extension comprising of a double storey rear extension which made our living room/dining room bigger as well as giving us an additional bedroom and en suite upstairs. Steve was helpful throughout the project and offered advice and recommendations if wanted extra work doing or changes to the existing design.
He talked us through it so we knew the outcome. He was always on hand if we needed him and kept us in the know with the programme and what works would be carried out each week. We couldn’t fault Steve or Dave who were always polite and on the end of the phone if needed. Steve minimised disruption as much as possible for our family as we were living in the house and even put up a partition so we could use as much of the house as possible during the build. He thought about what we needed as a family during the project. We would use Steve again for future works and recommend him to others. We are delighted with our house with in gives us a lot more room"

Highly Recommended Builder!
"Steve completed our extension last summer after he was highly recommended to us by friends. His quote was very competitive & he was able to start the work soon after we were ready. The completed job came in at exactly what he quoted apart from the extras we asked for which he was very clear on the cost up front. He completed the job within the original time scale he gave us & the end result was exactly what we asked for & expected. The quality of his work was excellent. He & his son, Darrell arrived punctually, if not early, every morning & were a real pleasure to have working in our home. Any extra requests were always accommodated happily and any snagging issues dealt with promptly. Steve & his son were extremely tidy workers & left the premises swept & well organised for the next day. All in all, Steve is a very hard worker who clearly takes great pride in his business & turned what could have been a stressful time into a surprisingly easy & pleasurable one. We would highly recommend Steve without hesitation!"

Thoroughly Professional
"Mr Steve Roose was appointed by ourselves to build a bathroom extension above an existing ground floor extension at our home in Ascot. We found him to be thoroughly professional at all times, as well as tidy, efficient, proactive and very good at communication. He always explained what he was doing at every stage and was excellent at planning and then executing the plan to schedule. Most importantly for us was that he stayed on site from start to finish, and didn’t disappear off to do other jobs in-between. The job he did for us was a great success, and, I must say, one of the best price quotes we received as well. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Roose and would certainly use his services again in the future."

Steve Works Very Hard
"I have used Mr Roose on 2 occasions in the past and have been more than happy with his workmanship, prices and attitude towards the jobs. Initially, he laid a drive at our previous house in Goaters Road and did some odd jobs around the house to the roof and brickwork around the windows. More recently he has recently finished a large extension to the side and rear of our house in Rhododendron Close, which has gone very smoothly and to schedule, Steve works really hard, every day and is always on time. He makes good suggestions and always tidies up at the end of the day. I have dealt with other builders and trades in the past and Steve is definitely amongst the best I have met and used. I would be happy to show our extension as a testament to his work."
